This is a honor page for

Major Eugene L. Wheeler USMC

A Loyal American, who gave his life for his Country

3

Because so much time has gone by, I couldn`t find

anything

to show he even existed. Every document or agency I

inquired from simply said documents no longer exsits.

4

This is one way of sweeping it under the rug and hiding

our

shame and disgrace It`s one way to forget him and

all the rest. Try to simply delete them from our memorys.

5

And so we as a nation did what we have always done to

our

veterans, our disabled, or POW/MIA`s, we said thanks

Now Make Do

And Forget It.

6

But why should American men and women fighting and

dying for their country have to accept these kinds of

terms or conditions?

7

But the rest......they stay if they fall into any catagory

other

than easy. Thats the way it`s always done, thats the way

it is.

8

And if they (the powers at hand) think its going to cost

them money and votes from the royal coffers

9

It makes any loyal American warrior forgotten for sure

You don`t want to believe it do you. But its documented

fact. Hanoi offered to sell us back "All" held

POW/MIA`s for 4 billion dollers in war reperations.

"WE"... your government,... "REFUSED". Why?

Divide $4 billion dollers by 2400

10a

Do you realize how many back slapping, cigar smoking, vote getting dollers that was saved. How many POLITICAL PORK PROJECTS? Get a computer and figure it out. Still think its nonsense. Do you want to prove me wrong, Then don`t take my word

for it...... "CHECK IT OUT"

10

And while your checking, find out if this is also true

11

I couldn`t possibley do justice with a another man's life

A man devoted to God, Country, family, and his fellow

brothers and sisters in uniform. He didn`t fail us.

12

But we failed him and them, their families, our selves

and worse

OUR COUNTRIES PLEDGE TO STANDBY

THE PEOPLE FIGHTING AND DYING FOR US

13a

God Bless you and everyone of you, past and present

that sacraficed your bodys and souls for me and

AMERICA

This Many People Cared To Remember

Major Eugene L. Wheeler

DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE WITH WHAT I SAY NOW??

This is a honor page that represents one lone man. A man I never met nor ever will. A fellow American who did what he was told to do in the service of his country. And he did it without question. A loyal American who`s voice has been silent to long. Forgotten by his country and betrayed by his own government. Abandoned to spend his life in some stinking infested jungle, guarded by men that see him not as a man that served his own country, but as a animal to torment, torture and abuse till he dies. And why? Because these men know he is no longer wanted by his own government. They know he is no longer needed to kill and fulfill the political aims of those in power. These men know there will be no reprecussion for their behavior towards him. He belongs to them now, body, mind and soul.

He has been written off as a embarassment to a political and economical problem that "needs" to be forgotten. And why not, there is an endless supply of loyal "fathers", "mothers", "sisters", "brothers", "aunts", "uncles", "cousins", "son`s", "daughters", "wives", and "husbands" to take his place, and if need be, to forget or abandon if it suits the political agenda. All this hell these men and women go through because somebody didn`t care to remember, or were to busy to take 5 min and send a message to your government. You or a loved one will become a forgotten face just as quickley as these men and women were if you prove to be too much of a economical or polictical problem.

So if it dosen`t bother you now, if you can`t see the hand writing on the wall from the past behavior by your own government, if you think its only a bunch of fanatics doing this, or if you think someone you love can`t fit this description, then my friend, send your love ones off in a patriotic ferver and pray to God they are never captured.

Check out the other links. People have put a life time proving everything they say is true. See if any of this makes sense. Untill (we), you, me, and others refuse to leave this issue alone, were going to remember, and write, and talk, and write some more. Be a part of the issue now before you or your loved ones are the issue.

REMARKS:

SYNOPSIS: The OV10 Bronco was among the
aircraft most feared by the Viet Cong
and NVA forces, because whenever the Bronco
appeared overhead, an air strike seemed certain to
follow. Although the glassed-in cabin could become
uncomfortably warm, it provided splendid visibility.
The two-man crew had armor protection and could
use machine guns and bombs to attack, as well
as rockets to mark targets for fighter bombers. This
versatility enabled the plane to fly armed
reconnaissance missions, in addition to serving as
vehicle for forward air controllers.

On April 21, 1970, Maj. Eugene L. Wheeler was the
pilot of an OV10 aircraft on a mission in Quang Tin
Province, South Vietnam near the border of Laos.
During the flight, the aircraft was hit by enemy fire and
shot down. Maj. Wheeler survived the shoot down
and was on the ground alive and in radio contact with
other Americans in the area.

An enemy patrol in the area neared Wheeler's
position and commenced shooting. Wheeler's fate
remains uncertain. The Marine Corps believes there
is a good possibility that Wheeler survived to be
captured, but that certainly, the Vietnamese could tell
us what happened to him on that day.

When the war ended and 591 American POWs were
released from Vietnam, Major Wheeler was not among
them. The Vietnamese have denied any knowledge of
him since that time.

Mounting evidence indicates that some Americans
are still alive being held prisoner of war in Southeast
Asia. The Vietnamese pledged to return all prisoners
of war and provide the fullest possible accounting of
missing in the peace accords signed in 1973.
They have done neither, and the U.S. has not
compelled them to do so.

The United States government pledged that the
POW/MIA issue is of "highest national priority" but
has not achieved results indicative of a priority.
Major Wheeler and the nearly 2500 Americans who remain
unaccounted for in Southeast Asia deserve our best
efforts to bring them home, not empty rhetoric.
